Standing by Our Nation's Heroes for a Lifetime: Recovery, Transition & Health

For the past 10 years, the Domanica Foundation has helped Semper Fi & America’s Fund fulfill its promise to stand by our Nation’s heroes for a lifetime – ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to recover from combat-related injuries and trauma, transition from military to civilian life, and achieve overall health and wellness. With $44,000 in support, Domanica has provided 52 San Diego service members and veterans with 73 grants for tailored, life-changing assistance, such as rent support to ensure housing stability, car payments and gas cards for transportation to medical appointments, mobility equipment to foster independence, specialized devices to manage post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms, computers to further education, service dog assistance to foster emotional support, and grocery gift cards for families in crisis. We are proud to partner with Domanica Foundation to foster greater strength, stability, and self-reliance for San Diego heroes who sacrificed to preserve our freedom.
